New developments from established developers, chosen for location, payment plan and long-term value.
Off-plan means buying directly from the developer while the building is still under construction. In Dubai it is one of the most popular ways to enter the market: the entry price is often lower than for a comparable ready unit and payments are spread over the construction period.
The opportunity is real, but so are the differences between projects. I compare the developer’s track record, the location and future supply in the area, the payment plan and the realistic handover date before recommending anything — and I explain every step in English or Polish.

Yes. Foreign buyers can purchase property in Dubai’s designated freehold areas, including off-plan units, without needing UAE residence.
It depends on the project. A booking deposit plus the 4% Dubai Land Department fee is typical at the start, followed by instalments during construction. I will show you the exact schedule for each project.
Off-plan payments in Dubai are made to an escrow account linked to the project and regulated by RERA, and the developer can only draw funds as construction progresses.
Some banks finance off-plan purchases, usually up to around 50% of the value and often closer to completion. Many buyers use the developer’s payment plan instead.
